Ordering and Payment for transcripts for Former Students: To order official transcripts for former graduates of East Jackson you will need to complete an online Google Form and either submit payment online or pay by cash if you pick it up from the school.   EJCHS Transcript Request Form

  Transcript Payment: Payment is $5 cash if picking up the transcript from school during business hours. -or- Payment of $6 online can be made with a credit/debit card through this link: Counseling Transcript Payment

If you are wanting to have a transcript sent to a college, it must be mailed to be official.  Please provide the specific address you wish to have it sent.  You may choose to have it sent directly to you or pick it up; however, it must remain sealed to continue to be valid for a college.   Ordering Education Verification for Former Students: To order an education verification for former graduates of East Jackson you will need to complete an online Google Form and submit payment online.   For organizations that are not compatible with the Google format, you may wish to use NeedMyTranscript which is a service that will contact us and submit payment on your behalf.
